CC Foundation awarded grant The Cape Cod Foundation has been awarded a $25,000 grant to tap the potential of older adults on the Cape and Islands through a new program called HOPE (Helping Older People Engage) in the Future. This grant is part of the first phase of the Atlantic Philanthropies'Community Experience Partnership in which 30 US community foundations have been selected to receive grants totaling $750,000.
