Provincetown Fringe Festival To celebrate Women 's Week , through Oct. 15, the Provincetown Fringe Festival presents a variety of plays to tempt. Enjoy the games, rides, food, crafts and pumpkin sales while supporting field trips and other school projects. Cape Cod Conservatory Registration is open for the Cape Cod Conservatory Fine and Perform- ing Arts classes. Learn about the Coast Guard The U.S. Coast Guard Heritage Museum at the Trayser on Route 6A in Barnstable village presents the artifacts and stories of the life-saving service. Button Mushrooms j 1lb Portbella Mushrooms 2 Green Bell Peppers 2 Red Bell Peppers 1 med. Spanish Onion il 1 lb Bleu Cheese, crumbled 3 oz Dry White Wine 2 tblsp Butter Salt & Pepper 1 pinch each of Rosemary, Thyme, Oregano & Basil Season steak with salt & pepper and cook to your liking. Slice all vegetables thin (julienne) and mix together in a Tbowl. In a medium size saute pan place butter and melt until pan is hot. Place in vegetables and cook with spices * until vegetable are soft. Finish process with a splash of dry white wine. Cover steaks with veggies and top with bleu cheese crumbles and place in oven to melt cheese. Serve with roasted red potatoes and enjoy !
