The Cotuit/Marstons Mills School
PTO will host a fall harvest festival
Oct. 21 (the rain date is Oct. 22) from

and pumpkin sales while supporting
field trips and other school projects.
Cape Cod Conservatory
Registration is open for the Cape
Cod Conservatory Fine and Perform-

The U.S. Coast Guard Heritage

nights
The YMCA of Cape Cod, Route

The NOAH Center emergency

CIGSYA activities
The Cape & Islands Gay & Straight
Youth Alliance has a dance room, cy-
ber center, library, TV room and game

dinners, tutoring and mentoring. CIG-
SYA is located at 56 Barnstable Road
in Hyannis and serves people 22 and
under. Circle for Youth meets from

gender meets the second and fourth

SMOTHERED NEW YORK BLEU STEAK
2 New York Sirloins
10-12 oz. each
«! 1 lb med. Button Mushrooms
j 1lb Portbella Mushrooms
2 Green Bell Peppers
2 Red Bell Peppers
1 med. Spanish Onion

1 lb Bleu Cheese, crumbled
3 oz Dry White Wine
2 tblsp Butter
Salt & Pepper
1 pinch each of Rosemary,
Thyme, Oregano & Basil
Season steak with salt & pepper and cook to your liking.
Slice all vegetables thin (julienne) and mix together in a
Tbowl. In a medium size saute pan place butter and melt
until pan is hot. Place in vegetables and cook with spices
* until vegetable are soft. Finish process with a splash of
dry white wine. Cover steaks with veggies and top with
bleu cheese crumbles and place in oven to melt cheese.
Serve with roasted red potatoes and enjoy !
Note: Steak can be Grilled , Pan Seared, Broiled or what
ever your favorite method may be!
