Col. Tow revealed that many of
the nine agencies Involved have
been able, trough the fund , to meot
their budgets for the first llmo In
many years. The UF, he said , re-
lieves tho professional stalls of the
various ngncls of th burdn of rais-
ing money, and allows them'to put
more time and energy Into tasks
for which they are specially train-
ed.
