By virtue of and in execution of the Power of Sale contained in a certain
mortgage given by Albert Joseph Fernandes, Kathryn Fernandes and Gloria May
Robidou to Option One Mortgage Corporation, dated September 10, 2001 and
recorded with Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in book 14234, Page 34 of which
