ZENO SCUDDER , Esquiets, Commissioner of In-
solvency, in and for said County of Barnstable, has
issued a Warrant against the joint ami separate Estate
and effects of WILLIAM H. MARSTON and ROB-
ERT BARTLEY , Jn , both of Sandwich , in said
County of Barnstable , trad ers, and copartners in trade ,
under the name of Marston & Bartley, Insolvent Debt-
ors : and the payment of any debts , and the delivery of
any property belong ing to said debtors, to them or for
their use, and the transfer of any property by them , or
either of them , are forbidden by law.
The first meeting of the joint and separate creditors
of said Marston & Bartley, will be held at a Court of
Insolvency, at the office of said Commissioner , in
Barnstahlc , in said County, on the seventh day of Oc-
tober next , at ten of the clock in the forenoon , for t.he
proof of debts and the choice of an Assignee or
