FOR FISCAL YEAR 2005 PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
AND PUBLIC MEETING
The Town of Barnstable's Growth Management Department announces a 15-day
comment penod on its 2005 ConsolidatedAnnual Performance and Evaluation Report
(CAPER), prior to the submission of the report to the U.S. Department of Housing and
Urban Development (HUD). The public comment period is Friday, September 1,2006
-September 18, 2006
The CAPER serves as an annual report outlining the year's accomplishments for the
Town's CDBG Program which is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development (HUD). This report coversthe periodfrom July 1, 2005 -June 30,2006 in
which the Townreceived$402,455 in CDBG funds to carry out the goals and objectives
as set forth in the Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan
Copies of the 2005 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report
(CAPER) will be available beginning September 1, 2006 in the Growth Manage-
mentOffice,367 MainStreet,3rd Floor,Hyannis,MA02601or ontheTownwebsite:
