Geiler said questions remain
regarding whether the busi-
ness is complying with its
licensure as a restaurant.
Also on the show-cause list
isthe Fresh Ketch restaurant
on Main Street, Hyannis fol-
lowing a police report that
management allowed its
karoke entertainment to run
past the license limit of 12:30
a.m. on Aug. 26. A hearing
was set for Sept. 18.
