Norman Payne performs Aug. 4 and 5. *ffi STAHF.- Shakespeare at Play Duncan Roberson Inches incarnates the Bard in this interactive presenta- tion July 28 and 29 at 8 p.m. and July 30 at 2:30 p.m. at the Barnstable Comedy Club, Route 6A in Barnstable Village. Panama Club Larry Marsland's love letter to the vanished Hyannis nightclub and the World War II generation that loved and danced there returns to Cape Cod Community College Aug. 17 through 27 (Aug. 17, 20, 22-24 and 27 at 6:30 p.m. and Aug. 18 and 25 at 8 p.m.). Nominations wanted The Trustees of Whelden Memorial Library are accepting nominations for the Citizen of the Year Award to be given to a West Barnstable resident.
