museum
The Cape Cod Children's Mu-

Rover Dog to the rescue

Foster and adoptive
families needed
Social workers and local foster par-
ents are present the fourth Thursday of
every month from noon to 1 p.m. and
6 to 7 p.m. at the state Department of

enting and adoption. Those interested

Coffee and an open mic
The YMCA of Cape Cod's coffee-
house for teens at Camp Lyndon in
Sandwich will be held the second and
fourth Saturday of each month from 7
to 9 p.m. Featured activities include
an open mike, musicians , dancing, an
art gallery, poetry readings and more.
Teens are welcome to perform or just
hang out. Admission is $2.

exhibits include an interactive coastal

Something new! The ospreycam at
the museum is up and running and
there are three eggs to keep an eye
on as they rest in their plastic , twig
and lichen lined nest where mom and
dad take turns tending the offspring
and feeding one another. Hatching is
expected in about a week.
