Critter Capers is held every Friday
at 10:30 a.m. when a naturalist leads
a tour to visit the resident animals.

a volunteer leads walks in the Shirley
G. Cross Wildflower Garden.

Programs run July 5 through August.

pineapple jam at 1 p.m., bring a child.
• June 10: Strawberry Festival,
view strawberry jam making, visit the

Nature walks, talks, lessons, trips,
a museum shop and library, family pro-
grams and more are offered. Current
exhibits include an interactive coastal
exhibit, marine exhibits, birds, more.
Something new! The ospreycam at
the museum is up and running and
there are three eggs to keep an eye
on as they rest in their plastic , twig
and lichen lined nest where mom and
dad take turns tending the offspring
and feeding one another. Hatching is
expected in about a month.
•June 7: The botanical trails in
Yarmouth are on the agenda today
when the public is invited to explore
them at 3:30 p.m. Meet at the museum
at 3:15 p.m.
• June 14: Learn more about the
Spruce Hill Conservations Area in
Brewster when you hike the area at
3:30 p.m. Meet at the museum at 3:15

Crispy Pan Fried Filet of Sole
With Baby Shrimp,
Golden Raisins & Pine Nuts
4 oz Sole 1 Egg
1 oz Baby Shrimp 3 oz Panko
(60 count) (Japanese Bread
1 oz Golden Raisins Crumb)
3-4 oz Pine Nuts Unsalted Butter
1 Orange Olive Oil
Diced Chives
Beat egg until froth y to make an egg wash.
Dip sole in egg wash and then coat with
Panko crumb.
Heat skillet with olive oil. Fry coated sole
until golden.
Remove excess oil from pan & discard. Add
butter, shrimp & golden raisins to pan. Toss
until hot. Squeeze juice from the orange over
pan. Add pine nuts & chives to taste.
Serve over Panko coated sole.
