Book, bake and plant sale
The Friends of Sturgis Library have
their annual book, bake and plant sale
June 3 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the

Rec night for teens
The YMCA invites grades 5 and 6
to teen recreation night held the first
Saturday of the month from 7:15 to
9:45 p.m. at the Y, Route 132 in West

Beach clean-up
The Cape Cod Nudist and Natur-
ist Coalition is holding its 10th annual
clean-up June 10 at 9 a.m. at Race
Point Beach in Provincetown. All are

Driver safety program
A two-day AARP Driver Safety Pro-
gram is held June 14 and 15 from 9
a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at EPOCH Assisted

designed for drivers ages 50 and over.

is a large kettle pond noted
because the entire shoreline
has been protected. The walk
also reveals the remnants
of granite "boulder " mining
within the moraine, accesses
an overgrown cranberry bog
and quaking bog, and follows
the Bud Carter Trail.

the tidal flat s from Crosby
Landing to Rock Harbor and
finishes by way of the bicycle
trail to Eastham. The day
starts a bit later than others
to synchronize withthe after-
noon tides.
