The Cape Cod Irish Village has been providing authentic Celtic cuisine
and fabulous nightly entertainment since 1977 to locals and visitors far
and wide. They offer a truly authentic Irish menu prepared by Chef
Roosevelt De Carvalho, who has been cooking for the pub restaurant
for six years. He takes great care to order the freshest minimum pre-
servative foods, and will even customize your order to accommodate
your dietary needs.
Chef De Carvalho has researched the history of Irish food in order to un-
derstand and appreciate the core values of the Irish culture. On their menu
you will find traditional Irish dishes such as Bread and Butter Pudding,
Oxtail Soup, Soda Bread, and Black &White Pudding. The dishes are both
sustaining and delicious. In Chef De Carvalho's words,"Irish cooking is a
celebration of life, asfamily and friends aresitting together eating, drinking
and talking". And in that effort to celebrate life some of the Pub'sentertain-
ment includes Noel Henry's Irish Show Band, Noelie McDonnell , Grada,
Maureen Haley School of Irish Dancers and the Irish Fiddler,Patsy Whelan.
