Organ concert in Orleans
David Chalmers and James Jordan present an organ concert April 30 at the
Church of Transfiguration on Rock Harbor in Orleans. The program starts at 3:30
p.m. and features the work of Bach, Soerby, Whitlock and others played on the

The Friends of the Osterville Village
Library hosts weekly book sales in
the library's basement. Book sales

Tuesday toddler story time is at 10
a.m. with preschool storytime ev-

Submissions are being accepted
for the third annual Comcast Cape-
wide Student T-Shirt Art Contest. The
winning design will be featured on the
21st Annual TD Banknorth Pops by
the Sea concert T-shirt. Scholarships
for first , second and third place will be
awarded. Submission deadline is May
10 with winners announced May 19.

Cape Cod Art Association
The Spring Color Explosion Ex-
hibit is on display through May 15,
seven days a week. Admission is

in watercolor painting, oil painting,

student members ages 14 to 22 with a
membership fee of $15 a year, which

What's up at the Cahoon?
The Cahoon Museum of American
Art, 4676 Route 28 in Cotuit, offers
docent tours every Friday at 11 a.m.
Classes include Sailor's Valentine,
folk painting, watercolor, bird carv-
ing, and more. A display of fiber art
that focuses on faces and figures is
on exhibit through May 14. On May 2
Maxine Farkas presents slides of her
work and discusses the art quilt move-

Society
Cape Cod village scenes by Kathryn
Kleekamp will be on exhibit May 5

Art Gallery
The season at the gallery is now
upon us. On exhibition are works by
Jean Carbonell and Armando Carbonell
whose jewelry, photography, prints and
paintings are up through April 30. Bar-
bara Stone exhibits pastel landscapes
with Tim Johnson showing acrylic
illustrations May 3 through 7. The next
show is May 10 through 14 when Pat
Hopkins exhibits watercolors and more.
Cotuit Center for the Arts
The Cotuit Center for the Arts, 4404

children in painting, life drawing, mixed
media, assemblage, hatha yoga and
more. An exhibition, "Mindflow. Sub-
