completion of a Business
Development Strategy
and a Site-specific Re-
development Strategy
that would identify key
redevelopment parcels.
The Barnstable Economic
Development Commission
will be involved in meeting
those conditions. .,

been waiting to begin^roj-
ects that will feature the
mixed residential and com-
mercial uses the town.is
seeking in its new vision
of downtown. With final
county approval , which
could come as soon as
May, the Growth Incentive
