Although Kendrick's has a com- mon victualler's license, Sweeney said, there is a question regarding how much food is being served. Sweeney said another concern is the presence of customers not yet of drinking age. He suggested the board might want to examine a compromiseunder whichKendrick's would close at 11 p.m. when under- 21s were admitted and at 1 a.m. when admission is limited to those 21 and older.
