Public notice is hereby given of the waterways application by Cape Cod Oyster to
construct and maintain a pier, ramp, flupsy and dredging at 262 Bridge Street in the
municipality of Barnstable (Osterville), in and over flowed tidelands of North Bay. The
proposed project has been determined to be water-dependent.
The Department will consider all written comments on this Waterways application re-
ceived within 30 davs subsequent to the "Notification Date". Failure of any aggrieved
person or group of ten citizens or more to submit written comments to the Waterways
Regulation Program by the Public Comments Deadline will result in the waiver of any

Annual Action Plan
The Annual Action Plan is a summary of the proposed expenditures of the Commu-
nity Development Block Grant (CDBG) program funds for next year in the Town of
Barnstable.
Estimated Funding Amount for Fiscal Year 2006 - Community Development Block
Grant Program (CDBG) - $661,963. Range of activities expected to be funded include
affordable housing initiatives, ADA Compliance and Public Services.
