Orloff is the executive director of the Blue Hills Observatory in Milton, home of the oldest continu- ously maintained weather records in North America. Center for Coastal Studies lecture series The Provincetown Center for Coastal Studies sponsors a lecture series, the Ocean at Your Doorstep, Mon- day evenings through April 10.
