Grades 3 & 4 will be introduced to the Cape Cod Symphony through a demonstration by their Brass Ensemble here at school. The children will attend a Cape Cod Symphonyperformance at Barnstable High SchoolinApril. Grade 3 will also take part in a water festival during which all of the children will be introduced to the fundamentals of water. To be considered for a Merit Scholar- ship Award, Semifinalists must qualify as Finalists by fulfilling requirements that include demonstrating very high academic performance in college preparatory work, being endorsed and recommended by the high school principal, and receiving high scores on the PSAT and the SAT. About 90% of Semifinalists meet requirements to qualify as Finalists. MCASTUTORING willbe offered onTuesdays and Thursdays from 2-4 PM in RM 1404 for both ELA and Math.
