367 MAIN STREET HYANNIS
A hearing has been scheduled in ac-
cordance with MGL Ch 40. Section 15C
Designation and Improvement of Scenic
Roads, and Article XLI, of the General
Ordinances of the Town of Barnstable,
Scenic Roads, regarding the removal of a
treewithinthe layoutof adesignated scenic
road identified as Main Street, Cotuit. A
hearing by the Tree Warden under MGL
Ch. 87, Shade Trees will be held simulta-
neously. The purpose of the hearing is to
consider removal of a damaged tree. The
tree is adjacent to location addressed 933
and 941 Mam Street Cotuit, assessor's
map 035, parcels 100 and 011. The ap-
plicant is Scott M. Scudder. Plans may
be viewed at the Planning Board Offices,
200 Main Street, Hyannis. MA from 8:30
to 4:30, Monday through Friday.

Public notice is hereby given of the wa-
terways application by Millway Marina to
constructandmaintainabulkhead,ramps,
floats, piles and dredging to create boat
basin at 253 Millway in the municipality of
Barnstable, in and over flowed tidelands
of Barnstable InnerHarbor. Theproposed
project has been determined to be water-
dependent.
The Department will consider all written
comments on this Waterways application
received within 30 days subsequent to
the "Notification Date". Failure of any
aggrieved person or group of ten citizens
or more to submit written comments to
the Waterways Regulation Program by
the Public Comments Deadline will result
in the waiver of any right to an adjudica-
tory hearing in accordance with 310 CMR
9.13(4)©.
