The New York Ilerald .of the 28th ult.,publishes a
long^communication from Boston , with regard to the
recent Parkman traged y, containing some astound-
ing developments. The letter is evidentl y written
liy one who is conversant with the whole evidence ,
so far as it has appeared before the Coroner 's and
Grand Juries. We take from the Herald some of
the facts not hitherto made public to our citizens :
It appears by evidence before the Coroner 's and
Grand Juries ,that from the very first disappearance
of Dr. Parkman , his agentor private secretary, Mr.
Charles M. Kingsl y hud his susp icions pointed in the.
direction of the Medical College ,and at Dr. Webster
as the onl y person who could tell of !lie missinrc
man 's whereabouts. Kingsley knew well that Dr.
Webster was the debtor of Dr. Paikman—lha t fre-
quent difficulties had occurred between them and
th at, about one o'clock on the 23d day of November ,
Dr. Parkman left home to go to the ' Medical Col-
lege, there to receive the sum of 8450 from Dr. Web-
ster, in payment of a note which had been some time
