missioners, held at Barnstable , in
said County, on the fourteenth day
of January, A. D. 1949.
Upon the foregoing petition , Or-
dered , that notice be given to all
persons and corporal ions interest-
ed therein , that the Commission-
ers will meet for Ihe purpose of
viewing the premises and hearing
ihe parties on the premises at the
junction of Yarmouth Boat! and
Route 2S In Hyannis on the elev-
enth day of February next at three
o'clock in the afternoon, by pub-
lishing an attested copy of said
petition, or an abstract thereof,
with the order thereon , two weeks
successively in the Barnstable Pa-
triot, a newspaper printed in Barn-
stable (Hyannis) and by posting
up attested copies thereof In two
public places In Barnst able (Hyan-
nis), the last publication in said
newspaper and the posting afore-
said, to be seven days at least be-
fore said view; and also by serv-
ing the Town Clerk of the town of
Barnstable with an attested copy
of said petition and order , fifteen
days at least before the eleventh
day or February that all parties in-
terested may then and there ap-
pear. If they see cause, und lie
heard thereon.

widening, straightening, relocating
or locating anew , a road known as
Engine House Road , so called , in
the village of Hyannis, from a point
opposite the westerly boundary
line of the property of Eugene F.
Doane to Iyanough Road , thereby
causing tlie said Engine House
lioad to enter Iyanough Road at
approximatel y a right angle.
Wherefore , your petitioners pray
that your Honorable Board will
view the premises, and widen,
straighten, relocate or locate anew-
said Engine House Road or do
whatever in your ju dgment the
common convenience and necessity
require.
